My name is Angélica Felix Coelho Costa. My first contact with Chinese Medicine was in 2006 through a professor who was a specialist in TCM and taught the massage course in my first field of study.

At our clinic, you will find a welcoming environment and qualified professionals ready to assist you on your journey to health and well-being. We are committed to providing personalized treatments and dedicated care so you can live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a comprehensive system of medical practices developed in China over thousands of years, aimed at balancing the body and mind to promote health and prevent disease.

Acupuncture: Involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to restore the flow of vital energy (Qi) and balance.

Chinese Dietotherapy: Considers that foods have therapeutic properties and aims to adapt foods to each person's individual needs.

Herbal Medicine: Uses medicinal plants and herbs to treat a variety of diseases and promote the body's internal balance. Herbs are often combined into personalized formulas to meet the needs of each individual.

Tui Na: Known as Chinese therapeutic massage, Tui Na uses pressure and specific movements to improve energetic, blood, and lymphatic circulation, relieve muscle pain and tension, and promote physical and mental health and well-being.

Cupping Therapy: Glass or silicone cups are applied to the skin to create a partial vacuum. It is often used to relieve muscle and joint pain, reduce inflammation, promote the circulation of energy, and improve overall health.

TCM considers the patient as a whole, taking into account not only physical symptoms but also emotions, lifestyle, and environment. The goal is to restore the body's natural balance to promote lasting health and well-being.

Angélica Costa

I completed my course in 2008, where I had the opportunity to work for a network of clinics. For five years, I had the chance to evaluate, treat, and follow up with many people, and I realized that, through the touch of massage and the various techniques used, beyond the benefit of promoting blood and lymphatic circulation and general well-being, there was much more to explore in what is considered the largest organ of the human body - our skin and all its associated structures and connections between the central and peripheral nervous systems.
It was then that I felt the need to acquire more knowledge because I noticed that by stimulating certain areas, I could achieve effects that went beyond what I had learned years before.

Thus, I began my journey and started my training in 2012-2017 at UMC School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, under the guidance of Dr. Pedro Choy in partnership with Chengdu University of T.C.M. From September 2016 to February 2017, I went to the city of Chengdu in China, where I had the privilege of experiencing this clinical practice in a public hospital, which for me was a fantastic experience.

Today, I continue to follow this path, which I consider a passion. Throughout the course, I completed various extracurricular training, and to this day, I continue to invest in continuous training with the aim of obtaining, enhancing, and improving my knowledge.

My goal is to contribute in the best possible way to the lives of those who seek me, offering the best I can and that is within my reach.
